Our designers are able to elaborate a real study of packaging, as well as to propose the most suitable graphical solutions for the printing material. Prototypes by customer specifications or directly conceived by an internal Research & Development team, are finally designed and made.
Our printing machines, up to 6 colours in line with water and UV based painting, glossy or matt, guarantee a production capacity that can meet all customer needs.
Compack is also able to do the most various “custom works”: from glossy and matt plastic-coating till to printing in relief, from the application of Hot Foil with variously colored metallic ribbons, till to the application of PVC windows.
It is the section of production subsequent to printing: during this phase, through operations of cutting and punching, the definite form to the printed products is given; those products become boxes or displays. The machine park of the “die-cutting department” offers a potential that enables us to satisfy our customers in the shortest possible time.
Compack avails itself of folding and gluing lines that allow us to do any type of locking with maximum flexibility and productivity. The production is versatile and embraces a wide range of products that differ in types of raw material or glues used.
During storage in our warehouse, raw materials and finished products are rigorously controlled and conserved in the appropriate manner on the special shelves; all these stages from packing to end of the product storage, are scrupulously managed in order to guarantee the delivery procedures requested by customers.
