HOW WE OPERATE
The production cycle, based on the most cutting edge technology available, is carried out in the following stages:
Conception And Design
Our designers are able to elaborate a real study of packaging, as well as to propose the most suitable graphical solutions for the printing material. Prototypes by customer specifications or directly conceived by an internal Research & Development team, are finally designed and made.
Offset Printing
Our printing machines, up to 6 colours in line with water and UV based painting, glossy or matt, guarantee a production capacity that can meet all customer needs.
Special Works
Compack is also able to do the most various “custom works”: from glossy and matt plastic-coating till to printing in relief, from the application of Hot Foil with variously colored metallic ribbons, till to the application of PVC windows.
Die-Cutting
It is the processing after printing that allows the sheets of paper or cardboard to be cut, according to a specific design. At this stage the final shape is given to the printed products whether they are boxes or displays. The fleet of machines in the die-cutting department allows a dynamism that enables us to meet all customer needs in a short time.
Folding And Gluing
Compack has folding and gluing lines that allow any type of closure to be made with maximum flexibility and productivity. Production is ductile and embraces a wide range of products differing in the type of raw materials or glues used.
Warehouse-Logistics
During storage in our warehouse, raw materials and finished products are rigorously controlled and conserved in the appropriate manner on the special shelves; all these stages from packing to end of the product storage, are scrupulously managed in order to guarantee the delivery procedures requested by customers.
